June 29, 2021 PESHAWAR: The Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and district administration here on Monday decided to devise a joint mechanism to ensure maximum Covid-19 vaccination among trader community. The decision was made during a meeting between SCCI President Sherbaz Bilour and Deputy Commissioner Khalid Mehmood.Calling for better coordination between the chamber and district administration, Sherbaz Bilour proposed that the district administration should designate a focal person to resolve the issues of the business community. He urged the KP government to allow business activities round-the-clock in Peshawar and the rest of the province.The deputy commissioner acknowledged that the business community played a pivotal role in the economic development of the country.
