Norman Public Schoolsâ Board of Education named a new principal at Norman High School â a former district teacher and current Norman resident â and discussed future masking policies at a Monday meeting.
Hallie Wright, currently an assistant principal at Putnam City West High School, started her career with NPS 27 years ago and will return to lead Norman High, the district said Monday.

The bright blue ribbon that fell in front of Dimensions Academy Tuesday signaled a new era for Norman Public Schoolsâ alternative education option.
Students and faculty have already been using the new Dimensions space for the past semester, but Tuesday marked Dimensionsâ grand opening and the completion of years of vision and work.
âDimensions really is the crown jewel of the 2019 bond,â district Superintendent Nick Migliorino told attendees at Tuesdayâs opening and ribbon cutting ceremony.
