They made the remarks after China s State Council Information Office on Friday issued a white paper on the peaceful liberation of Tibet and its development over the past seven decades. David Monyae, director of the Center for Africa-China Studies at the University of Johannesburg, said the transformation of Tibet is perfect, and national unity and coherence is maintained.
