Wyoming Services for Independent Living (WSIL) seeks applicants for a Case Manager position.
The position involves working with individuals with a disability to increase their independence through the development, implementation and monitoring of individual plans of care. Knowledge of local resources, the ability to coordinate with other resources, and strong time management/organizational skills are essential.
The position is based out of our Lander office and requires out of office travel to meet with clients in their homes. A degree in social services or a related field, and/or work experience providing services in a social service program is required.
