Cell Impact expands in Japan
The hydrogen flow plate manufacturer yesterday (31
st March) opened a new office in the Minatu-ku district of central Tokyo to meet demands in the country.
With its new facility, Cell Impact will focus on ongoing activities and growing its customer base, getting fuel cell manufacturers and the automotive industry to explore its production technology for flow plates – Cell Impact Forming™.
“I am very pleased that Cell Impact now has a local presence in Japan,” said Pär Teike, CEO of Cell Impact.
“The Japanese government’s ambitious statement last year on carbon neutrality by 2050 includes over $19bn in investment in hydrogen technology. And given Japan’s high level of innovation and large car industry, we want to be there when it happens.”
