The NCAA dead period will officially end on May 31
st and the Florida Gators have been handing out new offers to prospects in hopes of getting them on campus this summer.
Last week 2023 athlete Cedric Baxter (6-1, 215, Orlando, FL. Edgewater) picked up an offer after he talked to two coaches from Florida.
“Coach [Greg] Knox and Coach [Keiwan Ratliff] Rat,” Baxter said on which coaches from Florida offered him. “They said they loved my film and can’t wait to get me on campus.”
Baxter has family ties to Gainesville and that made the offer even better for him once he received the news.
