Staten Island Community Boards to hold virtual meetings this week

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Community Board 2 will consider applications Tuesday night for the construction of residential buildings in Richmond and Meiers Corners.
On the agenda is the application for 40 and 46 Autumn Ave. and St. Andrew Road, where an application has been filed seeking authorization to build within a Special Natural District Area within wetland adjacent areas.
Also, an application for the construction of a detached residential building located within the bed of a mapped street at 244 Gansevoort Blvd. will be considered. ....
