CAR SMASHES THROUGH WINDOW OF CITY BUILDING: A car crashed completely inside a building on James Street in Syracuse Thursday afternoon. The crash happened at about 3:10 p.m. at 2425 James, according to the Onondaga County 911 Center. The car went through a glass window front and came to a stop inside the building.

His parents told her he only looked forward to choosing special Band-Aids.
“It seems simple, but just a bandaid,” Merrit said.
“(The) whole focal point was making sure they’re kid friendly Band-Aids, because we know how much joy that can bring, rather than just a plain Band-Aid. Even colors, characters they re familiar with, just to brighten their day.”

Other school representatives also accompanied Merritt to deliver the Band-Aids. They were collected by the students in school, who showed generosity by often choosing to donate Band-Aids instead of getting some treat for themselves.
March Madness 2021: Top Teams Withdrawing From Conference Tournaments

Some of the best teams in college basketball won’t win their conference championship, even though they won their final game before March Madness 2021. Virginia is out of the ACC Tournament and Kansas withdrew from the Big 12 Tournament Friday because of positive COVID-19 tests within the two programs.
Virginia was scheduled to play Georgia Tech in the ACC tournament semifinals. Kansas had been set to face Texas in the Big 12 semifinals.
Without an automatic bid, both teams are virtual locks to make the NCAA Tournament.
Virginia defeated Syracuse Thursday to improve its overall record to 18-6. The Cavaliers rank 16th in the latest AP Top 25 and 15th in the Coaches Poll. Virginia is the most recent national champion, having won the 2019 NCAA Tournament.
Reece Beekman had made 11 jump shots all season. So of course it was Beekman who made the shot to send top seed Virginia to the ACC Tournament semifinals.
