Mississauga, ON – July 12, 2021 – CIPS (Canadian Information Procession Society) and CIO Strategy Council signed a memorandum of understanding with the purpose of creating a strategic partnership that recognizes the strengths of each organization and produces benefits for the ICT sector.
CIPS and CIOSC will collaborate on initiatives and exchange knowledge and expertise between public and private sector technology leaders across all sectors of the economy on digital governance.
CIPS and CIOSC will work to create intellectual capital to shape and influence debate and advance digital innovation by leveraging existing collaborations and through co-sponsored research. This partnership will also identify new standards projects, research, and professional certifications for the competence, professionalism, and proficiency of IT professionals. ....
