Four New Jerseyans who police say were part of a ring responsible for more than 80 burglaries across the state have been arrested.
In a press release, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said Keith Perry, 38, of Teaneck; Porsche Brown, 29, of Lodi; Gregory Lewis, 37, of Teaneck; and Kay Brown (unrelated to Porsche Brown), 23, of Paterson are suspected of being connected to at least 16 of the burglaries in Morris, Bergen, Essex, Somerset, Passaic, and Union counties.
Members of the burglary ring typically force their way through doors in the afternoon or early evening, stealing cash, jewelry and other valuables from the master bedroom and/or other areas of the residence, the Attorney General s Office said.
