ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. New Mexico State Police identified the officers and deputy who shot and killed a man during a confrontation last month in Roswell.
State Police spokesman Ray Wilson said Roswell police officers Danny Flott and Abrem Atencio and Chaves County deputy Samuel Lueras fatally shot 22-year-old Victor Barron during a foot chase on April 15.
“Upon completion of the State Police investigation, this case will be forwarded to an assigned district attorney’s office for review,” he said.
