Matthew McConaughey has come a long way since he began his career acting in commercials. He earned his big break with the 1993 comedy Dazed and Confused, and his portrayal of the hilariously quotable character Wooderson set him down the path to stardom. McConaughey would go on to appear in more serious films like Lone Star and Amistad, but he also popped up in romantic comedies like Failure to Launch and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Excitement was electrifying at University of Hawaii lower campus, as the 2021 National Champion Rainbow Warriors volleyball team returned â greeted by hundreds of UH fans.
The Bows were met with a caravan of fans driving by to cheer and honk, seeing their bows for the first time in person in over a year.
Fans lined up starting on Dole Street to get their chance to say Aloha to the 2021 National Champions, with the first 2,500 cars going home with a special team picture, but it wasnât about the free goodies, it was to show their gratitude for a team that got them through one of their most difficult years.

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Celebration is well underway in Columbus, Ohio â the Rainbow Warriors volleyball team was crowned National Champions, in what was only their second match in front of Fans this year, sweeping arch rival BYU to bring a title to the fans that stuck with the âBows through thick and thin.
âNot only is this win for the fans of Hawaii, but it is because of the fans of Hawaii.â UH head coach Charlie Wade said following the win.
