Corporate partner Brinton Scott joins HFW in Shanghai HFW has made a double hire in Shanghai with the arrival of corporate partner Brinton Scott and of counsel Danielle Peng to further boost its offering in China. Scott was previously managing partner of US firm Winston & Strawn’s Shanghai practice, and brings with him more than two decades of experience in the country. His practice spans all forms of commercial and corporate work, as well as associated fields such as IP, employment, investigations and insolvency.

Shutterstock HFW has bolstered its commodities and climate finance team with the hire of Reed Smith’s Singapore managing partner, Peter Zaman Zaman brings with him more than two decades of experience in international derivatives, structured products and financial regulation, as well as commodities and energy transactions. He spent more than eight years at Reed Smith, and 12 years at Clifford Chance (CC) in London before that.
