Academy students and staff delighted to be settled in their brand new, permanent home Date published: 11 December 2020
Oasis Academy Leesbrook, will provide a new learning environment for 1,500 students aged 11-16
A new secondary school, previously located in temporary accommodation on Middleton Road, has opened its doors to its permanent home on Roxbury Avenue in Lees just in time for Christmas.
Oasis Academy Leesbrook, a new, modern, purpose-built academy, will provide a new learning environment for 1,500 students aged 11-16.
The school was designed by the academy staff to fit in with the existing local architecture, specifically Leesbrook Mill, to influence the overall look and feel of the building and celebrate the heritage of Oldham.
