Hidalgo County Precinct 3 Constable Deputies gather information from migrants who crossed the Rio Grande in an area known as El Rincon del Diablo, the Devil’s Corner, Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021. The constable deputies were helping the U.S. Border Patrol in the area near Anzalduas Park where a large number of families have crossed into the U.S. The Border Patrol has a processing area under the Anzalduas International Bridge.
