A professor at a leading university has earmarked Cumbria as a place “that could really benefit from a green recovery plan”.
The document is co-authored by Nick Robins, professor in practice for sustainable finance at the London School of Economicâs Grantham Research Institute, and Ciara Shannon from Eden Works, a project that looks to drive the move to net-zero.
