FRISCO, Texas, Jan. 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Addus HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: ADUS), a provider of home care services, today announced that Veronica Hill-Milbourne and Esteban López, M.D. have been appointed to the Company s Board of Directors, effective January 11, 2021.
Ms. Hill-Milbourne is President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Health Services, Inc., with executive oversight of three Federally Qualified Health Centers located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer/State Director for Pathways by Atar Capital, with executive oversight of mental and behavioral health home and community-based service programs operating in 30 counties throughout Pennsylvania.
