In the early morning hours of Monday, April 12, police say a bicyclist was shot and killed, less than one week after another rider was struck down by a suspected drunk driver near Central Catholic High School. According to the San Antonio Express-News, a man between the ages of 35 and 45 was riding through Tobin Hill around 2:20 am when a vehicle approached him and shot him in the head. Rescue crews found the victim near the intersection of East Evergreen Street and Evergreen Court. ....
