Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán TP. HCM (HoSE) vừa chấp thuận niêm yết hơn 358 triệu cổ phiếu DXS, tương ứng vốn điều lệ là 3.582 tỷ đồng của Đất Xanh Services.
Được biết, tại đợt phát hành lần đầu ra công chúng (IPO) hồi cuối tháng 4, toàn bộ 71,6 triệu cổ phiếu DXS, tương đương 20% vốn điều lệ doanh nghiệp đã được chào bán thành công với mức giá 32.000 đồng/cp. Trong đó, hơn 35,8 triệu cổ phiếu do cổ đông hiện hữu của DXS chào bán và hơn 35,8 triệu cổ phiếu phát hành mới.
