Free Meals For Kids This Summer
The Quincy Public School District just announced that they will be providing free meals for students this summer.
No matter the income, children ages 1 to 18 will be able to receive free meals this summer from the Quincy Public School. Meals will be available starting June 8 and run all summer until August 6, and can be picked up between 11 am and 1 pm. There will be a few pick-up locations to choose from:
Quincy Christian School - 1236 N. 10th Street
Blessed Sacrament School - 1115 S. 7th Street
Quincy Senior HS (West side of the building) - 3322 Maine Street

DREAM Big Color Run Will Take Place Virtually
The Dream Big Color Run will take place this year, however it will be a virtual race.
Time to dust off those running shoes and sign up for the Dream Big Color Run. The race was canceled last year dur to COVID-19, but will be back virtually this year. Organizers are following all COVID-19 guideline set for for school districts, and in doing so they will have to make this year s race a virtual one, but don t let that stop you from enjoying the color run/walk.
