James Martin Miller, 76, worked in law enforcement with the City of Williamsburg

TOANO James Martin Miller, 76, passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021. James was a lifetime serviceman, beginning with serving in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War, then following up with 28 years of service in law enforcement for the City of Williamsburg. He was also a member of the Williamsburg Masonic Lodge No. 6 and the Chickahominy Masonic Lodge of Toano No. 286. Aside from going out for work, James would much prefer being at home. He loved to just be home and find anything he could tinker with or try and fix. Whether he fully completed a task…that’s up for debate! James will certainly be missed by his family and friends.
