Fuller was named the interim chancellor of UMass Dartmouth on Tuesday and will take the helm of the South Coast school on Jan. 19. “Mark Fuller understands the university’s economic impact on the community,” said Marty Meehan, the system’s president, in announcing the decision. “I have full confidence that Mark, a longtime leader in the UMass system who values collaboration and partnership, is the right person to lead the campus through this time of transition.”
