Attorney serving Alexandria named state association president
Tom Jacobson, a Swenson Lervick attorney, was recently elected president of the Minnesota Association of City Attorneys (MACA) at the group s annual meeting.
MACA is dedicated to improving city government through educating and sharing information among its city attorney members.
Jacobson has been an attorney with the Swenson Lervick firm since 1996. He currently serves as the city attorney for Alexandria, Parkers Prairie and Starbuck. Jacobson previously served as MACA vice president for two years before accepting this new role.

Realtor giving campaign raises more than $250,000
Realtor associations around Minnesota have collected over a quarter million dollars in donations for businesses that were damaged during civil unrest in Minneapolis and St. Paul last year.
Starting in June 2020, Minnesota Realtors Rebuilding Community spearheaded the effort to engage realtors on housing issues related to racial diversity, equity and inclusion.

Christine Lambertson recently joined Coldwell Banker Crown Realtors as a full-time independent sales associate at the Alexandria office.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Crown Realtors, Lambertson had 17 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
When she’s not at work, Lambertson enjoys working in her gardens, remodeling homes, decorating, making crafts and creating do-it-yourself projects. She is a native of Cold Spring and New York Mills and now resides in Alexandria.
