Yantic Falls Friday afternoon.
Tropical Storm Elsa brought heavy rain to Connecticut Friday and emergency officials responded to crashes, flooded roads and stranded vehicles in parts of the state. Now with the rain ended towns and cities are assessing the damage and cleaning up. There is also a low risk for severe thunderstorms tonight.
