Pelotonia will host an in-person ride this summer with modifications to help protect participants from COVID-19, the organization announced Monday.
The ride weekend is scheduled for Aug. 6-8, and registration for the cycling event, which raises millions of dollars annually for cancer research, will begin at noon Thursday.

The Greater Columbus Arts Council made its announcement Thursday, that the annual Arts Festival won t be happening in June because of the continued increases in coronavirus cases and hospitalizations and slowed vaccine distribution. Katzenmeyer said there are no plans for a virtual festival as there was for last year s event.
