Show Transcript Travis Roy had two choices in 1995. Dwell on what he had lost or push forward with gratitude and appreciation for what he still had. He chose the latter brother in law, Keith Van Orden. I think he knew that he was special. I don t think he always knew why. And I say that only because you walk down the street with them and he d be stopped several times. His family says he struggled at times with the fame that followed his accident. But as someone who always strove to be as good as he could be decided he would use his platform to achieve that goal.
