Place North West | Miller to round off Prescot Park housing

Neil Tague The housebuilder is seeking reserved matters approval for the last residential plot at the former Prysmian Cables factory site, taking development across the scheme to 666 homes. Miller Homes is working with Sten Architecture and planner Pegasus Group on the Carr Lane proposal for Prescot Park. Of the 55 homes proposed for the final plot at the scheme, 32 are to have three bedrooms and 23 four bedrooms. Should the plans – and a separate application for a narrow 29-home plot currently awaiting determination – come to fruition, it would mean 666 homes will have been delivered in total at the site previously occupied by the copper cables manufacturer. This is well within the 750 allowed in the outline consent for the wider Prescot Park masterplan.
