By now, the vast majority of lucid Americans should realize that the left-wing media newspapers, radio stations, social me-
dia outlets, internet sites, etc. puts out more fake news than Josef Stalin ever did. Getting a story wrong in this business is not a sin, as long as a retraction or correction is published admitting the story was in error. And that’s nothing new. Media outlets have been racing to publish news before verification for decades in a mad rush to get a scoop. What is unforgiveable is willingly publishing stories that the editors know are false simply to dupe the public for one reason or an- other. Recently it has been revealed that CNN, for instance (and almost every other left-wing news outlet), was more interested in forcing Donald Trump out of office than owning up to its obligation to report the news factually. Several examples come to mind.

Recently, the FBI searched Rudy Giuliani’s Manhattan apartment. The search was made in connection with the prosecution of two Ukrainian Americans for violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
Giuliani is a respected lawyer, a former federal prosecutor, and was mayor of New York during the 9/11 attacks. FARA prosecutions are rare and typically are dealt with through fines. The use of search warrants against a lawyer is also unusual, and the Department of Justice handbook counsels the use of some lesser means, such as subpoenas, to obtain information when possible.

The black-run District of Columbia government has just agreed to pay $1.6 million to people who sued backed by the ACLU over being arrested for rioting in the January 20, 2017 riots protesting the election of Donald Trump.
This is probably collusive, like Consent Decrees and Jacob Frey s $27 million settlement with the Floyd Family in Minneapolis. It s not Frey s money, or the District Government s, either, it s the taxpayers money, and they want to lose these lawsuits, if it suits their political goals.
NPR quotes a guy from the ACLU, cheering this on: The contrast between the over-policing of constitutionally protected speech on Inauguration Day 2017 and the under-policing of a violent invasion of the U.S. Capitol earlier this year starkly demonstrates law enforcement s institutional biases, Scott Michelman, legal director of the D.C. ACLU, wrote in a news release. A

NEW YORK (WABC) A Metro North employee who was identified as one of the rioters during the Capitol siege has been fired, according to officials.
Metro-North Railroad President Catherine Rinaldi made the announcement of Will Pepe s firing in a statement on Tuesday. We made it clear since the Jan. 6 attack on our nation s Capitol building that the apparent participation by one of our employees was unacceptable and inconsistent with Metro-North s values, Rinaldi said. After affording Mr. Pepe the due process to which he was entitled under his collective bargaining agreement, we have terminated him today for conduct unbecoming a Metro-North employee.
They'll gather at the Capitol Building in Austin at 1PM Monday to protest the mandate ending and to urge lawmakers to prioritize essential workers for vaccines.
