Des Moines County supervisors hear vaccine update Bob Saar for The Hawk Eye When the Des Moines County supervisors met Tuesday, the agenda was mostly the COVID-19 vaccine situation. Chair Thomas Broeker, Jim Cary and Shane McCampbell heard reports from department heads before turning the meeting over to Des Moines County Public Health Administrator Christa Poggemiller, who brought everyone up to speed on the current state of vaccinations in the county.
