A pair of Kenosha residents have been charged in the widespread looting that took place during August protests in the city after Jacob Blake was shot in the back by a police officer.
Antoine Simpson, 25, and Rhyanon McNab, 23, were identified after police shared images of looters inside Uptown Beauty taken from the store s video surveillance.
Each faces a count of burglary, a felony, and misdemeanor counts of theft and criminal damage to property, all as parties to the crimes. They are being held on $5,000 bail and are set for a preliminary hearing Friday.
