Carole founded her company Party Pieces in 1987 and developed it into a successful and profitable business.
She came across the idea after searching for party stuff for my own children s parties.
Despite the demands placed on her through the business, Carole made sure that she always had time for her three children, Kate, 39, Pippa, 37, and James, 33.

Kate s mother is, of course, the grandmother to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, as well as to Pippa s son Arthur Matthews. There will soon be another grandchild to spoil, as Pippa awaits the birth of her second child. Carole told Good Housekeeping in a recent interview that she likes to get involved with her grandchildren s games.
The three little children can be seen clapping with vigour and enthusiasm, while breaking out into giggles.
Eagle-eyed Royal fans were quick to spot a curious detail about Charlotte and Louis s outfits.
They noticed that Charlotte was wearing a striped top and jeans which matched the same outfit worn by her mother at the Gigaset Charity Polo Match in July 2015.

Likewise, little Louis, sporting a patterned blue bottom-up and navy sweater, was dressed identically to Prince William, when he and Kate announced their first royal pregnancy in 2012.

The Duchess was taking part in a group discussion with parents of pupils at Roe Green Junior School in Brent via video call. Kate and her fellow panelists talked about their lockdown experiences and the challenges faced while looking after their families. At one point they were all asked to write down the name of the person who had been their biggest support during the lockdowns.
