EDWARDSVILLE A Belleville man faces a felony DUI charge after a Friday incident in Alton.
Brad E. Malone, 37, of Belleville, was charged Monday, July 12, with aggravated driving under the influence while license revoked and driving while license revoked, both Class 4 felonies.
The case was presented by the Alton Police Department.
According to court documents, on July 9 Malone allegedly was found to be driving a 2008 Ford Explorer on Broadway and Main streets in Alton while under the influence of alcohol. It was noted that his driver’s license had been revoked due to an out-of-state conviction for DUI. He has a 2004 Sangamon County conviction for driving while license revoked.
