Werner Macedo, co-owner of D32 Invest, says the homes will most likely be priced at entry-level, and that the company hopes to break ground by the end of this year. “We’re very excited. We follow the development of the community very closely,” he said. We feel very welcomed by everyone, the municipality. Everyone has just been really great, especially our local partners who are helping us there.” Though the official sale of the land only recently went through, D32 Invest has been under contract for almost a year and announced Bennah Oaks on social media in March.  In a video posted to Facebook, a spokesperson described the new neighborhood coming to Belleview, which is advertised as a 107-acre community. This man and his daughter use magnets to clean debris — and the occasional guns — from the Detroit River

Meet the Motor City Magnet Fishers. Eight-year-old Avery Vanderwal and her father Jason can often be found fishing alongside local waterways like the Rouge and Detroit Rivers. Dressed for the job in a sparkly unicorn coat, Avery uses all of her strength to throw an unusual looking fishing line into the water: a rope tied to a heavy-duty magnet. This isn t your average fishing trip; it s magnet fishing. My favorite part about magnet fishing is getting outdoors and doing something good for the waterways, says Jason, but his daughter confesses that she loves their new pastime because of all the cool objects they find.
