The 1,100-square-foot establishment, named The Cluckery, will offer in-restaurant seating, take-out and delivery, will be located in the Mequon Pavilions (10944 N. The Milwaukee Bucks are getting ready for the NBA playoffs, and so is the entertainment block in Deer District.  A giant screen and stage will be set up outside the arena. Also planned are watch parties, new food options at The MECCA and more.  We re hoping to create and turn Deer District into the playoff destination that it s been in the past, just with different guidance and restrictions, said Dustin Godsey, Bucks chief marketing officer.  After more than a year of the coronavirus pandemic keeping many local businesses down and fans at home, the playoffs are creating a bigger sense of hope and excitement than usual. And with more people vaccinated and venturing downtown to cheer on the team, dine and drink, area establishments could get a welcomed boost.
