But there were several factors dampening the party foremost being that 39,950 people tested positive for the coronavirus on Monday. Saturday night, according to law enforcement. The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department announced on Twitter that two people were shot in the 1500 block of South Capitol Street, SW.
