Radisson Red fuels Asia Pacific growth January 15, 2016 Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group today signed a management agreement for Radisson RED Guangzhou South Station. Owned by Guangzhou ROFO Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., this new-build hotel is the second Radisson RED hotel for Carlson Rezidor in China and its fifth in Asia Pacific. Radisson RED Guangzhou South Station is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2018 and brings Carlson Rezidor’s Asia Pacific pipeline to 91 hotels. “Radisson RED provides owners and developers a product that we believe will be a leader in the lifestyle segment.
