After an exciting journey of eight weeks of back-to-back online contests, events and quizzes, Thumbay Healthcare Summer Festival came to end with a massive awards ceremony, celebrating the winners and the participants alike. Randolph County 4-H Fair being celebrated July 12-17 Moberly Monitor-Index Following a 1-year hiatus of not offering an in-person list of events due to last summer s COVID pandemic, the 2021 Randolph County Fair returns to its regular routine of activities this week at the Riley Pavilion area of Moberly s Rothwell Park. Monday evening was Achievement Night for each of the county s 4-H clubs as well as the fair s 4-H King & Queen competitions. While the bulk of activities occur July 12-17, the county fair will offer a horse show 5 p.m. Saturday, July 24 at the park s rodeo arena and a tractor show is scheduled for Sept. 18 at the parking lots of both the Riley Pavilion and The Lodge building.
