Retired US Army Master Sgt. Patrick Garland spent 17-years in the police corps and has learned more than most when it comes to understanding the causes of death. In this interview by WGNS's Bart Walker, Garland talks about how he has used his training in forensic science to help document history.Garland was part of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command from the late 1950's to1974 when he retired.
