Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man who was accused of intentionally ramming his car in a man on a moped has been sentenced to three years on probation.
29-year-old Daniel Lara was also given a stayed one-year prison sentence and was ordered to spend 90 days on electronic home detention for his conviction on a criminal vehicular operation charge. He pleaded guilty to the felony count in December through a plea deal that resulted in the dismissal of a second-degree assault charge.
