The Department of Health Services Support will file charges against a private hospital where a product presenter was brought in unconscious, after attendng a party, and died soon after.
The hospital, in Chatuchak area, will be charged with failing to properly diagnose and treat the young woman, and falsely billing her for a meal she never received, department director general Tharet Karatnairawiwong said on Friday.

Police are to question a man who hired a young woman to serve drinks and entertain guests at his Bangkok home earlier this week, and who died the following day from respiratory and blood system failure.
The move comes after Metropolitan Police Bureau deputy chief Pol Maj Gen Peerapong Wongsaman on Thursday met investigators to check on progress in the case.
Atchariya Ruangrattanapong, chairman of the Crime Victims Assistance Club, earlier called for a police probe into the mysterious death of Whitchayaporn Wa Visessombut, 33, who died at Paolo Hospital Kaset in Chatuchak district after being hired to serve drinks at the homeowner s residence.

Police will question the employer of a woman who died after serving drinks and entertaining guests at his Bangkok home.
Pol Maj Gen Peerapong Wongsaman, deputy chief of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, on Thursday called a meeting with investigators handling the death of the young woman to discuss the case.
Atchariya Ruangrattanapong, chairman of the Crime Victims Assistance Club, earlier sought a police probe into the death of Whitchayaporn Wa Visessombut, 33, a product presenter. She died at Paolo Hospital Kaset after being hired to serve drinks at a Bangkok house.
