WACO, TX â When times got tough, he put his impressive skills on public display and put on shows on the side of the road.
He has become a fixture at intersections all throughout Waco during the pandemic, something of a local celebrity now.

To the casual observer looking at Amy-Leanne Stringfellowâs social media, her life might have seemed nigh-on perfect. A 26-year-old personal trainer who had served in Afghanistan and had been named Miss Great Britain in a bodybuilding contest, she had a delightful young daughter, Aurora, and had been swept off her feet by a new man in November 2019.
Facebook brimmed with photos of Terence Papworthâs big romantic gestures. The candles, the presents, the New Yearâs Eve proposal streamed live as he presented her with a ring he said was worth £8,000.

WACO, TX â Car after car go by and each driver gets a thumbs-up from this larger-than-life personality. In the weeds, next to a storm drain, Mark Riggs is putting on a show. People consider us to be pandlers but it s not true. We re entertainers, Riggs told 25 News.
The center median is his stage as he so effortlessly juggles neon clubs, grinning from ear to ear. We sell happiness, not sympathy.
He wears a top hat too. If he s starting to sound like a circus performer, there s a reason for that.
