Gorey Night Run took place virtually across four days and saw close to 900 people of all ages take part with a total of €20,750 raised for the North Wexford Hospice. Whether they were in Gorey, Wexford or Australia, they completed the five kilometre walk or run while representing the town they love in their t-shirts. There was plenty of support for all involved online, as the event kicked off on Thursday with Shelley Atkins from DiverseFit presenting an online video to help everyone get warmed up. American actor Johathan Jackson also stuck to his word and took part in the challenge, and even submitted photographs to the virtual photo booth which collected over 100 photos. ....
