Overall, there were 1,946 lifestyle property sales in the three months ended March 2021, compared to 1,794 lifestyle property sales for the three months ended March 2020 (+8.5%), and 2,432 lifestyle property sales for the three months ended February 2021.

The value of lifestyle properties sold was $8.60 billion for the year to March 2021.
