According to a report by Domain on Friday, the 31-year-old Wiggles star decided to list the property after receiving multiple expressions of interest.
She also wants to move closer to her parents, who have since moved out of Sydney, where Emma was born and raised.

Yellow Wiggle Emma Watkins won’t be letting lockdown interfere with her plans to sell her East Ryde home, listing it this week in time for a first inspection this weekend (private appointments only) for A$1.6 million (NZ$1.69 million). The sale comes just three months after she and fellow band member Oliver Brian announced their engagement with an Instagram post showing off her engagement ring.
