WILMINGTON The Cleanup Wilmington event for May was a successful one.
“Thank you to all of the volunteers who spent the morning with us Clean Up Wilmington – May Event,” organizer Annen Vance posted on Facebook. “Special shout out to the guys at Clinton County Juvenile Court and Sugartree Landscaping for helping us with some really rough areas, and to Caleb Hollingsworth for helping with the pick up and distribution of mulch early this morning.
“Lots of concentrated hard work makes a difference 110 bags of mulch used on our trees, 20 bags of downtown litter/trash, and two full dumpsters later, a great success,” she said, adding, “See you all next month!”
A greenhouse could help at-risk minors, say Clinton County Juvenile Court officials
