Basingstoke Magistrates Court. Two men have been charged with operating a cannabis farm in Kingsclere. Daniel Sebastian Knowlson, of Brunswick Street, Reading, and Mark Christopher Slater, of Market Drayton, stand accused of producing cannabis in the village in May 2019. Chelsea Ward-Smith, of Oickford Street in Aldershot, has been charged with assaulting detention officer Christopher Jakes on July 15.
