In this weekâs Player Blog presented by Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Graeme Storm reflects on three years of injury troubles and his biggest motivations ahead of his return to the European Tour.
It feels great to be back this week. Itâs been a bit of an up and down journey for me over the last three or four years from winning in South Africa to having three surgeries, so Iâm looking forward to getting back to playing.
Everyone knows professional golf comes with a lot of highs and a lot of lows, and I had both in 2017. I won in the play-off in South Africa against Rory McIlroy, which was one of the highlights of my career, but I also began struggling with my wrist.

Started playing golf when he was ten and after much success as a junior went to Northwestern University in Chicago, where he was an All-American.

Entries are now open for the 61st Berkhamsted Trophy, which will be the world’s first elite-level amateur event where both male and female golfers compete for the same trophy.
The three-day tournament - which was postponed in April due to the COVID-19 pandemic - will take place from Thursday, April 8, to Saturday, April 10.
The 61st Berkhamsted Trophy will be a 72-hole scratch stroke play tournament with a cut after 36 holes, with the top 50 competing for the Trophy over 36 holes on the final day.

The tournament is limited to 104 entrants, with a straight ballot on handicaps. This is expected to fall between scratch and +1.
