Galen Tyrone Gazaway, 77, of El Dorado Springs, Mo., passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Community Springs Heath Care facility, El Dorado Springs, Mo.
Galen was born to Frances P. (Portwood) and Clifford Gazaway in Croweburg, Kan., on July 11, 1943.
After graduating from Bronaugh (Mo.) High School in 1961, Galen worked various jobs in Kansas City, and Cordova, Ill., eventually moving back to Bronaugh. Shortly thereafter, he began working for Crane Plumbing in several different capacities, before becoming a fitter/packer. He was known company wide for his toilet tank packing speed! He retired after an injury, putting in 30 years and 14 days.

Erbin Regar Todd Jr., 73, of Nevada, Mo., passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. Regar was born on Jan. 3, 1947, in Nevada, Mo., to Erbin Regar Todd Sr. and Margaret Agnes Todd.
Regar grew up in Nevada on the family farm. He attended Nevada schools graduating in 1965. After high school, Regar attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Mo., graduating with an Automotive Engineering Degree in 1970. Regar returned home after college and worked at Crane Plumbing, followed by Fram for a short time before taking over the family farm in 1975.
Regar enjoyed farming with his Dad and son, but his true passion was racing, grandkids, and side by sides. Regar took pride in keeping all things clean and polished, from cars to combines, he wanted them to always look new. He very rarely missed a race, one of the things he talked about daily and truly brought enjoyment to his life. Regar was also a wonderful Grandad! Always welcomi
