His latest venture sees him wanting to convert the barn on the grounds of his Herts manor house into three eco-friendly family homes
The plans have thus far been met with objections by residents, the Wildlife Trust and the local parish council
Grint s mansion lies in 22 acres of grounds, and has six bedrooms, two swimming pools and a private cinema
The actor welcomed a baby daughter named Wednesday with his long-term girlfriend Georgia Groome, 29, in May last year and has an estimated net worth of £36m
