An extensive array of non-fiction titles will be launched at this year’s Digital MIPTV online spring market, running April 12-16. Ahead of the excitement, Realscreen presents the fourth in a series of roundups highlighting some of the titles being shopped.

Global distributor Blue Ant International has unveiled its slate of more than 165 hours of premium programming debuting at Digital MIPTV.

Through her banner Available Light Productions, Kanter will develop and produce films and series for Netflix, working across animation and live action.
Kanter was most recently vp of content and creative strategy at Disney Channels Worldwide, a role she’d held since 2017. She was overseeing the channels’ content strategy for children aged 2–14.
Joining Disney in 2001, Kanter started out as vp of original programming for what was then Playhouse Disney, a programming block for preschoolers. She oversaw its rebranding as Disney Junior, which launched in 2011, with an accompanying channel following the next year.

Kanter and her Available Light Productions have entered a partnership whereby the company will develop and produce both animated and live action series and films for Netflix. Former Disney Channels Worldwide executive Nancy Kanter has signed an overall deal with Netflix.
Under the deal, Kanter and her Available Light Productions banner will develop and produce animated and live action projects, both feature films and series, for kids and families audiences on Netflix.
